Benefit Concert

Hi All (I'm trying to be positive and believe that throngs of people read my blog),

This Saturday (April 2) The Between will be performing a benefit concert in support of the Pregnancy Help Center of Durham at Westney Heights Baptist Church (1201 Ravenscroft Rd., Ajax, ON, L1T 4K5) at 7pm.

Now I have to be honest...I listened to the music on their website...and they could maybe...just maybe...use a little vocal work. I'm hopeful that they'll be really good, but if you come and their harmonies make your ears bleed don't say I didn't sort of warn you.

Remember, it's for a good cause (actually it's for a great cause) and if you don't like the music you can always sit at the back and make injurious, yet witty comments...and hang out with Sandra and I.

PS. Don't forget to bring money...or stuff. I would guess that they'd be happy if you showed up with diapers, or baby food, or vitamins, or children's tylenol...

I'm not sure whether this photo is funny or sad. It's either the beginnings of a very strange sense of humour or a sad commentary on my ability to make friends as a child.
